rubbed on the body and other treatment

warm milk, raw egg or yolk, and sugar or honey- designed to treat sore

Grandmother’s
medicine is characterized by using ingredients which are readily available in
our own kitchens and which are beneficial for our bodies. They can be made from
simple and inexpensive materials- and trust me they help. We are talking about
food products that are rich with vitamins and are beneficial for external use as
well, such as: olive oil, arrack, vodka, yogurt, and are used to heal illnesses
and reducing pains.
