Thoughts of Pierre Dac were published some twenty-five years ago  and became a classic of laughter. Hereunder, some new  hilarious thoughts, extract from his last book “Les arrières-pensées”.

  • The best moments in the lives of two is when one is alone

  • If it is not allowed to live very old, we could be allowed to be born  earlier.

  • Disdain money is to show disinterest, especially when it  does not belong to us.

  • If we wore shoes on hands rather than feet, they would last longer.

  • Those who have eyes bigger than their stomachs are not close to finding a pair of glasses to their size.

  • The motto of the true politician is to know everything and do nothing.

  • We must never let for tomorrow a task that can be done immediately by someone else.

  • For the happiness of a man without shirt, the woman accompanying his should not wear any either.

  • There is nothing more difficult to console than a desolate landscape.

Thank you Mr. Jacques Pessis to make us enjoy these thoughts.
