    CARRYING COAL TO NEW CASTLE!!!???

Etymologically the word religion is derived from the words 'RE' and 'LIGARE' meaning 'back' and 'binding' respectively. The purpose of religion, therefore, is to bind the individual back into the fabric of society. Like 'criminalisation of politics' religion now remains commercialised.Ultimately it is the realisation of 'oneness' of humanity that will pave the way for our becoming partners in progress.
