Choosing a girl for marriage –
In India generally there are two types of marriages.
Arrange Marriage – Where
the groom family and bride family talks to each other and fix the marriage.
Love Marriage – Where the Brides & Groom meet some where fall in love and go for marriage.
This article is for arrange marriage as there are very few moments for the bride & groom to know each other before marriage as in love marriage lovers have a lot of time to know each other still some time they don’t know!
So for arrange marriage few points you have to consider before marriage and discuss these points with your family member too.
- You have to decide what type of girl/boy you want to marry like home maker, Job, fair color, tall etc.
- First see the photo of girl/boy and if you really like then proceed or stop at that time but some time photos doesn’t say the real picture so at least talk to the girl/boy., It doesn’t mean go and meet the girl/boy you can talk on phone or chat.
- To understand the nature of girl/boy you have to understand the nature of the family.
As whatever the nature of family will be the nature of girl/boy. Exceptions are very rare.
If you like the nature of family then definitely you will like the nature of girl/boy. Example - If the family is social like interacting with peoples then the girl/boy nature will like that. If the family is open minded then the girl/boy nature will be same.
- If you don’t like some thing about the girl/boy then don’t take any assumption that it will be fine after marriage. Because to change a nature of a person is not possible for everybody.
- Don’t take any assumption about the girl/boy or their family will behave like this/that.
- If you don’t like some thing about the girl/boy and that thing can be hurdle in your marriage life talk that thing about boy/girl and explain if both are agree with it then go for marriage other wise not.
These are all my personal comments to follow or not depend upon you.
