1. Hot Chocolate: This recipe needs not more than 3 minutes for preparation, 10 minutes for cooking. Let your guests wait for sometime, while you prepare a yummy hot chocolate for them in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
Milk: 3 cups
Grated semisweet chocolate: 1/3 cup
White sugar: 1 tablespoon
Ground cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon
Egg: 1
Directions:
Pour milk in a container that is microwave-safe
Cook on High in microwave for 2 minutes
Mix in chocolate, sugar, and cinnamon
Whip an egg in a small bowl until it becomes smooth and soft.
Mix it into the chocolate mixture
Go back to the microwave and cook on High for 3 to 4 minutes, until foamy (but don’t let it boil)
Whisk until smooth and pour into 3 mugs
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon

2. Spirit Balls: Here’s a quick no-bake cookie that you can make in the nick of time and impress all your guests! You can also store it in a covered container like coffee cans several days before Christmas.
Ingredient:
Crushed vanilla wafers: 2 cups
Sifted confectioners' sugar: 1 cup
Finely chopped walnuts: 1 cup
Sifted cocoa: ¼ cup
Dark corn syrup: 3 tablespoons
Bourbon: 6 tablespoons
Salt: 1 pinch
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and form small balls (approx 1 inch each)
Roll these balls in a mixture of confectioner's sugar and cocoa powder and your spirit balls are ready!
These cookies can be stored for several weeks in a covered container
3. Easy Sugar Cookies:
Use chocolate mints on top, have them with candies or eat them plain! These quick and easy sugar cookies always taste great! It takes approx 25 minutes to bake these easy sugar cookies from scratch to finish.
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 2 to 3/4 cups
Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Softened butter: 1 cup
White sugar : 1 to 1/2 cups
Egg: 1
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Take a small bowl and pour flour, baking soda, and baking powder in it. Stir it well and set it aside.
Take a large bowl and blend together the butter and sugar until it makes a smooth paste.
Whip the egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto unlubricated cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until it turns golden
Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to cool on wire racks
