Wake up early, take a deep breath and have this time to thank the Creator that receives riches: Life, air, sun, water, soil,
microorganisms, minerals, plants, animals, family and all mankind.
Believe that this will always be the best day. Take care of the environment, not forgetting that the Earth nourishes the life of all beings who live there.
Eat to live chewing food well. Eat slowly, do not mix foods that do not fit together.
Cultivate regular
healthy habits, eating more whole
grains, grains (beans, soybeans, oats and other) fruits and vegetables. Include in food: honey, molasses, flour, grains and sea salt. Giving time to the stomach, ie, an interval between meals.
Avoid overweight. Stimulate the mind with good reading, crossword puzzles, construction games, recreation, music and entertainment. Eliminate the use of cigarettes, drugs (all kinds), alcoholic beverages and health drinks. Practice moderate exercise, stretching or walking outdoors daily.
Eat liquid (juice, water, drinks) away from mealtime. Always be calm, kind, sympathetic, brotherly and contributor to you, your family, your neighbors and the like.
Feel energy and pleasure in activities that place, enjoy your work, your family and friends.
Have positive thoughts, faith in God, good dreams and go on to perform them.
Use more natural agents: natural juices, fresh air, sunlight. Stay more in touch with nature expose the body to the sun for 20 minutes before 10 o''clock in the morning and be protected with sunscreen after this time. Drink plenty of water every day.
Take only the good things and happy.
Live with a song in the heart, a smile on his face, a twinkle in his eye, a good plan in mind, a hope in the soul and walk with determination.
