Use a white standard 8.5 x 11-inch
paper in typing and printing
Your work should be double-spaced and the font should use Times New Roman.
Font size should be 12 pt and recognizable.
Only one space should be left after punctuation
marks or periods
Draw one-inch margin from all the four sides.
The first line of paragraphs should be Indent at one half-inch from the left margin.
For a larger spacing use the Tab key
instead of Space Bar.
Page numbers are written on the upper
right corner of a page, at a distance of one-half inch from the top.
No use of bold letters unless on
request but normally use italics on titles
Ensure that Endnotes are written on
a separate page before the page cited
