No one can deny the fact that “breathing”
is an essential part our daily activities. It’s an ordinary activity with extraordinary significance.
A training programme organized on 2nd May 2005.to create awareness about “breathe”, the very existence of human life Ms. Uma Ramesh emphasized the need for following the path of Sri Ravishankar.
According to Mr. Ramachandran, “The Breath is the link between the body, mind and spirit. When the mind is free of fear, guilt and anger, and is more centred, then it can heal the system of any ailment”. The consciousness that creates the body also has the power to heal. Pure consciousness is pure love and love. The Art of Living conducts periodic workshops in Vasant Vihar Mumbai to teach people about the benefits of inner peace, good health and a stress-free mind”.
Ms. Uma interacts with various kinds of people and guide them about various problems faced by them. Mrs. Srinivasan approached about continuous family problems. After two weeks, Ms. Srinivasan could resolve her problems by way of mutual understanding.
Through the rhythmic breath pattern of the Sudarshan Kriya that is the core of the Art of Living workshops, the rhythms of the body, mind and emotions are brought in sync with the rhythms of nature. Healing of the body, mind and heart takes place leading individuals to discover the vast reservoirs of inner peace and joy and enabling them to spread it through selfless service in society.
Breathing exercise in the training programme helped a lot and people learned to face difficult situation by applying our mind intelligently. It was hoped that such a programme would be of much help to the suffering people in Vasant Vihar.
