Help those who need you
I have encountered men who would try to emotionally and physically abuse me.
But I have
learnt how to tackle such men.
Once, a man stopped me at a bus stop where I was standing to catch my bus. He asked me the bus that would go to Andheri. I did not know. So, I directed him a way ahead to ask other people who would be able to guide him better.
He looked at me and gave a sheepish smile. He stood at the bus stop besides me. I knew he had some wrong intentions.
He asked me my name, what I did & where I lived.
Instead of screaming and asking for help. I tackled him myself.
I allowed him to talk. He spoke on pre-marital sex topic all the time.
He told me he read many books on "sex" and loved watching soft porn bollywood films like "Julie" which was released then.
I told him pre-marital sex is not the right
direction. There are higher chances of STD's, HIV, AIDS, STI's if multiple partners are involed.
I suggested him to wait for the right person to come his way. Do get checked with HIV test. Marry the woman and only after
marriage break his virginity as it is the safest and purest form of love within a marriage.
All I did was listened to him and I gave him the right direction since I knew Media had directed him the wrong way by not making awarness that "sex" should ideally happen within a marriage.
He understood and never returned back to harass me.
So, always give the right direction to people who are confused. Even when we "grow" up, we still require other people's opinion to follow the right path.
Do not be too "busy" to help. You help others and others will help you back in return.
