Human beings emote good anger and bad anger. But we have to learn to kill the bad anger forever.
Good anger is anger when you show to fight against injustice or some wrong doing.
For example: Anti-reservation protesters fighting quota because they don't what injustice to prevail.
Bad anger is anger produced out of rage.
For examples: I had a too many bad angers when I was younger. When I couldn't send an urgent SMS to a friend of mine due to empty balance, I threw the mobile on the floor and it cracked up in two pieces.
Also, when internet would not get connected when needed during urgent work, I would bang the monitor in fustration.
Once during a fight with my brother, I inserted a cutter into his left foot for self defence. He bleeded bad. We had to rush him to a hospital nearby.
In bad anger, we generally tend to throw objects, kill/ murder somebody (Pravin Mahajan shooting Promod Mahajan), bang things and do something highly destructive to self and/ or others.
How to get rid of bad anger?
Bad anger errupts due to immense fustration.
Consciously, tell yourself I will not throw the objects or hit somebody just because my work is not happening on time. I'll be calm.
Remember, it is highly tempting to be filmy style dramatic during anger moments like throwing mobiles, glasses, remotes, books etc as they are handy. But your life is NOT a film. It is one take reality.
