1.- You are not going to loose weight if you do not change your diet: From my own experience, I recommend you to follow a diet, sacrifice yourself only for the first month and you are going to see the results. Try to think that you are going to look great so don't break the diet. However, after you achieve your results, and you feel that you have the right weight do not return to sandwinches and candies and sodas.This is only going to make you gain weight and all your effort is going to be useless. After reading many articles I realize that the only way of loosing weight is changing your
diet for your entire lief. This does not mean that you are not going to have a sandwinch or a soda only once a year. Try to combine your diet with a good
sport and you are going to look great and healthy.

Practice a sport: Among all the sports I recommend you swimming. I think is the most complete and you are going to loose so many calories that you are going to see the results. Remember that during the first months you are trying to loose weight not to work your muscles. Many teenagers and adults do so much exercise especially weights in the gym that instead of loosing weigh they gain muscular weight. Remember that first you need to loose those extra pounds and then you have to work you muscles. So, practice a sport that makes you loose many calories in a short time.
The best advice I give you is be patient. Do not take those pills that can make you loose weight but they can cause you several damages to your body. If you are taking any pills ask the doctor for the long term consequences because many of those pills affect your brain coordination, so be careful.
Be patient, practice a sport and follow a diet. I am sure that after six months you are giong to look great!!!
