I'm sure I am digressing from the topic, since I was supposed to be discussing exercise, but this is why exercising is important.Exercise,in any form, helps to release one of the harmful and negative chemicals produced in the body, making one less prone to damaging and negative thoughts. It provides peace, tranquility and a sense of satisfaction with what one possesses.
There is a silver lining! Men are becoming increasingly conscious of this present scenario, which has made him a puppet in the hands of the professional humbug. He is now aware that the only thing keeping us ticking,is tthe single muscle called the heart, and he must do all he can to preserve it.the latest trends, have brought men in close contact with the different ways and means to keep body and soul in perfect shape.
Most men don't really notice the body, unless they experience pain,or if the body needs food,or maybe when the clothes stop fitting them. For one thing, making yoga a part of your routine, can vastly improve physical and mental health. It complements many other disciplines of exercise and sports. It balances and builds stamina, energy, strength and flexibility with little or no exertion on the body.It reduces stress to a great extent as compared to the high-impact exercise regime, besided inducing good sleep, concentration and focus.
Brisk walking each day,for a period of 45 minutes,is an ideal way to combat and improve the function of the heart and lungs and is beneficial in stress, hypertension, neurosis and bronchial asthma. Medical experts are of the firm opinion that continued interest in sex is thrapeutic for a man's health. It keeps him happy and contented (all wives will vouch for it!)and increases his longevity. In a study, mortality risk was found to be 50% lower in men indulging in regular sex.
Find moderation and consistency,in a combination of a sensible diet(will speak of diets later!)with exercise.Keep your weight in control, eat sensibly and exercise well and enjoy a sense of well being.
