God has Spoken Recently i completed the bible course 'God has spoken' from bible world. I learnt many interesting facts about God and life in this course. I would like to summarize my learnings for your benefit. God is there, he sees us, he is concerned about the welfare of us and he talks to us. God talks to us directly in our dreams, indirectly through prophets, and in bible. God speaks to many people to enable the way for Gods disciples like Gods son Jesus or Gods prophets. God speaks to these prophets more often directly and indirectly in their dreams. God has given bible which has his words, as written by many prophets over many centuries. God wants people to obey him, to follow the words of Jesus Christ which has replaced the ten commandments. God says the road to good is very narrow while the road to bad is very broad. God says he is willing to forgive the sins of those who repent. God considers Jesus the lamb to take away the sins of people. Jesus has not made any sin in his lifetime. Even in todays modern world, God speaks to us. Bible is the map for our life. Bible provides lot of moral stories which guide in the turns of life.
Gods words in the bible are applicable today. Bible portrays the greed of sinners and the reverence of good people. Let me practically explain my idea of how God can help us in our adversities. When a person is financially broke, he by following the gods scriptures, can stay cool and be positive. The person can in total submission to God, can build from scratch. The person knows that everything belongs to the God, and he is earning value for his actions. The person without much ego and pessimistic thinking, when he repents his sins to God, can easily come back with resilience. (Dan 6:3) Then this Daniel did his work better than the chief rulers and the captains, because there was a special spirit in him; and it was the king's purpose to put him over all the kingdom.
