A REWARD for
CLEANING...
...Cleaning your house is just one of those things that comes with living in and caring for
a home.
Without regular cleaning a home will become a messy, disorganized house.
It only takes a few days for this to happen, less when the home is lived in by children...
Therefore, we must clean.
The next time you are about to clean an Oh-So-Trashed room of your home, take a minute to step back and really look at it.
Then?
Go to town. Get’r’done. Just do it. Dive in and get that room back in tip-top shape.
The reward?
When you’re all done, take another step back and really look at the room.
Think of how it looked before.
Think of how it looks after.
You’re done. It looks great.
The reward is the success of a job well done.
In order to live productively in your home the home you live in must be functional.
You need to create an environment that suits your living needs.
Living quarters must be practical. Your home should
function for you as well as you’d like to function in it.
A chef would not be able to function well in a home that’s
kitchen was cluttered and unorganized...where all of his tools and utensils were not easily accessible. The kitchen would not have functionality.
However, a chef in a highly functional kitchen with all of his needs right at hand would cook you dinner and dessert too...
A house is a house.
Anyone can have a house.
A home is a home.
Anyone can create a home.
Creating a home takes patience, love and nurture, not to mention a little knowhow and taste.
A piece of you will remain in every re-do and fix-up.
When we put ourselves into our homes our homes will reflect who we are and function according to our needs.
