Kerala the southernmost state of India is blissed with abundant

natural beauty .Kerala is a long state with 700 kilometers of seashore on the west facing the Arabian sea.Towards the west is the western ghats ranging from 100-120 kms from the sea shore.So this state has a wide topography in its short area.This is the only state in India with 100% literacy. JEWISH
SYNAGOGUE Jewish trading community built the Jewish Synagogue in 1568AD. It is famous for its eighteen centuary Chinese hand paintings,willow-patterned floor tiles,each tile being unique in its design.There are Hebrew description on stone slabs,great scrolls of old testaments, Belgian chandeliers and much more.The synagogue is located in Mattanchery 11 kms from Cochin.
