As a Results-Based Leadership Senior Consultant, he most recently engaged in an extensive Organizational Effectiveness Review and $200M restructuring for a Top 3 global hotel company headquartered in London. He holds a bachelor of science degree with honors, Individual Major in Industrial Relations from Iowa State University and a master of arts degree with honors in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
