Lord Krishna had a childhood girlfriend Radha. Although they had in a deep relationship but they never married each other. kishna left her when he shifted from Mathura.
But a
time came, when Krishna was fall ill and the vaidya tried a lot and then they suggested that if a woman wash her feet and that
water to be bring to Krishna then he can recovered from his illness. Nobody was
ready because they all knew that Krishna is GOD and if they do so, they definitely can invite the curse and they have to suffer a lot. When all the woman of dwaraka refused to do it even his wives , one messenger was sent to mathura and when this news heard by Radha , she came barefooted to the messenger and gave the water to him after cleaning her foots. When her mother and other people asked her about her deed and told him that Krishna is GOD and this will curse you then Radha told them she was ready to face any type of calamity for that. Although he left me but my love to him was still exist and at the time he needs me, there is no reason to ignore it just because of it that he had forgotten me. If this will take me in hell, I am ready to go there but at least I can satisfy myself that at the time of need, I was there for him. this was the extreme of love of Radha. When this water brought to Krishna and he recovered from his illness then he enquired about the happening. Actually, in true sense, he was not ill but he just wanted to know the true love. This is not just a story but morale of this anecdote is – true love is always unconditional and if you do the true love to anybody then it can not be bind with limitations. True love is far away from materialistic things and physical pleasure. This story really teaches us the true meaning of love. If you love somebody then ready to do the sacrifice and devotion.
