WEAKER SEX….IS NO MORE WEAK
Women as often thought by men are the weaker side of the Homo sapiens. They are just trained
to live their life in kitchen or in packing up the lunch boxes. Feeble…mundane and non-worthy life is a gift from “
SOCIETY” to the “CREATOR” of this world. Happiness is not her cup of tea and crying is the best she can do…were some of the trade marks on her, few decades ago. Though off late the time had advanced, the trademarks blemishes are still going strong, though roots have shrugged.
It’s not the regular movie dialogue but it’s very much a fact that for a woman… a husband is more than god, family her duty, kids are her responsibility, home is her temple and family’s “virtues and tradition” is her sole goal to ecstasy. Women related myths have no ending…and so are the fictitious as well as superstitious rules abided by the women for so long. But people like Raja Ram Mohan Roy, Ramakrishna Param Hans, Vivekananda, Ishwar Chandra and others remarkable deeds led to the upbringing of women status in the “society”. Who doesn’t remember the evil dominating society which was very much in life in the 18-19 and mid 20th centuries…sati, dowry deaths, purdah system, polygamy were all development sabotaging tools. But thanks to all the great divine persons who showed the exit to the baseless poor tantrums by the “society”. Apparently it’s complete makeover scenario for the women. They are modernized enough to keep up the pace with R.O.W (rest of the world). Their dedication and commitment to both the family and the work seems commendable. But if the world already sensed gratification by this … do know that the new evil in the destruction syndrome is “DIVORCE” the most vulgar side of
marriage which in fact is the most beautiful thing in ones life. Government’s role in ensuring a stable development of women is very significant. Women cells, marriage counseling offices being few takes on this. There also are many seats reserved in almost all areas from astronaught-to-zoologist. Education department too have widened their stall to provide basic information to the neglected lot-the girls. It would not be wrong to say that it won’t take long for the weaker sex to have a firm or rather bold self confidence and independence in achieving their tinsel dreams which never came to life !
To conclude with I can say …it’s a revolution, women no more embroils into critics, discouragement or success regarding hassles anymore. The new age woman come fortified with pride of being a woman and valor of carrying out herself in this “ALL MEN’S WORLD”…
