The Memorable Pope John Paul II
Pope John Paul is remembered as one of the non-Italian pope since 1523. He advocated
for the Roman Catholic
Church among Christian and non-Christian by his sacerdotal work and visits all around the world. For a long time, he has passed the message of the Catholic Church to others. Pope John Paul is born Karol Jozef Wojtla and his place of birth is Wadowice, Poland close to the city of Cracow. He was born exactly on May 18, 1920. His faith was revealed when his parents took him to visit a Marion Shrine in Poland. Later he entered the Society of Mary in 1935. The Pope John Paul in his young age like sports and literature arts. During the Second World War Karol Wojtla joined the Carmelite order and decided to become secretly a priest and was ordained in 1946. The Pope John Paul II is a Doctor in Theology. Karol Jozef Wojtla became Pope John Paul II on October 22. The Pope John Paul II was attacked in May 13, 1981 and he pardoned the person who had assaulted him. There are many writings about his ideas like the series of encyclicals. He advocated also for liberty of expression especially in the countries of the west. He promoted Christianity on all continents and visited Russian Federation in 1993. The Pope gave rules to the church like the Code of Canon Law (1983). The Jubilee Year was 2000 when the Pope
wanted to reconcile all the faiths with the Catholic Church to be open to all who were working for freedom. The Pope helped the youth to express themselves. He wanted the youth to have a sense of well being for themselves and for others. The Catholic Church has a universal model thanks to the Pope John Paul II.
