100 years and 100 grandchildren's

Her words full of wisdom. Everyone, of all ages, loves her. When you look at her sadness will go away. From her smile

that is full of hope, she is 100 years and she is in good health and memory. Her name is Salma bsharat from Malol and is now living in Nazareth. In the beginning she refused to talk but when I brought her son she began to talk. Let’s see together what her five secrets and what her relatives are telling about her.

Can you tell me about yourself?
I was married when I was 20 years old. I have five sons, I 100 years and i have 100 grandchildren.
What have you achieved in your life?
I shared with building First Church in Malol my country.
What is your secret behind your Palestine clothes "Gomabz"?
"Who knows very well his father and his grandfather walking in his way." how my mother raised me is the way I want to be. I was born in these clothes and I will be in these until my last day in my life.

What is the different between past and present?
In the past was more peace, more pure love between all the people, even the songs and the people was different.
You lost your two daughters and four son, but you still smiling what are the reasons?
"This is what I can do; it is a grace from God”.
What is your advice to your grandchildren?
”Take care of themselves, love and respect each other. Be a friend with the people share with them in money."

What do you feel now that you now 100 years?
I feel happy; even I pass the days and years in sorrow in my life, but the days will go on and open new pages in my life.

Salma is religious and lovely women, we tell her she is a nun from her smile. Four of her son and two daughters died but still said “thank God”.
Saeed bsharat
She is a Perfect Mom, cannot hate any one, she loves everyone and always said "I love the young kid until he grow, and the missing until he come back, and the sick until he heal", and if someone is ill always asking about him, and pray for him, respectful women and take care of everyone.

I know her for a few days, I really enjoyed to interview with her, she gave me a power to achieve my dreams, and gave me hopes, I learnt from her to keep smiling and forget the sadness, because the days will pass, I love her and always visit her.

Five secrets to reach 100 years and have good health:
1. Forgive the people, even if they treat you badly.
2. Smile, it's a secret of your life, you must try to keep it and do not lose it.
3. Eat what u need no more.
4. Eat just health food, not fast food
5. Love your life enjoy in every moment in it.
