Human mind is full of thoughts all the time. You can compare it to the ocean which can never be calm because of the perpetual
movements of the waves.It is an accepted fact that it is indeed very difficult to control the minds. Just a monkey which keeps on jumping from one branch to the other, so also our mind is constantly experiencing turmoils and tribulents continuosly.Can you ever pinpoint a human being who is experiencing happiness all the time? Hence human beings are ever searching for a permanent and easy remedy to tame the restless mind.Great seers and ancient sages of India have managed to find a way out for this grave problem of taming the mind.According to them a person can derive peace of mind by meditating. and practicing yoga. Our forefathers have achieved real freedom of life by following meditation and yoga as an inevitable part of their lives. Hence People from far off land come to India to seek Peace and tranquility.
