Man is after all an animal and a mammal
Suvesh
Sircar

Although man has moved long in the value-
chain since the days of Adam and Eve man is after all an
animal when we make a close watch of today’s world. Taking
a glance of event around us we see—mothers selling
daughters, fathers raping daughters or daughter in-laws or
relatives fighting for a piece of land or sometimes also
killing near and dear one for making more money our of
greed to become rich and pros porous. These are all animal
instincts which the animal world can well claim if there
forte of behavior existing in them since ages.
All these
events remind us about the ‘Pen project of London Zoo’
where human behavior is one of the most complex things to
understand and sometimes this behavior lands us from a pen
to a penitentiary although we may express enough penitent
for our misdeeds.
The London Zoo ‘Pen Project’ has
forced the zoo authorities to come up with this innovative
idea as income of the zoo was steadily on the decline and
if such a caricature human behavior is not exhibited to
generate more revenue and the zoo might one day be
closed.
Although donations have come various sources
every venture should be self-sufficient and generate its
own income to fund its expenditure to become
viable.
Most of the visitors in a zoo are children who
accompany their parents. Children come to the zoo to see
animals along with caricature made by monkey family ---
Orangutans, Languor, Monkeys, and Chimpanzees etc.
And
these species from the monkey family goes off-mode the
children lose the attraction and avoids a visit to the
zoo.
Now a days most of the animals specially the monkey
family species seems lose interest on human as human
behavior seem to be abusive irritative to them. So they
have lost interest on humans. The visitors also serve
sometimes-stale foodstuff, which makes the animal sick. But
there is stringent norm in big zoos like London where
outside food is banned by the authorities unlike Indian
zoos.
It is now high-time that zoo authorities around
the world make a detailed study on animal behavior so that
dealing with animal specially monkeys improve there
caricature nature are attracts more visitors and increase
revenue for survival.
