In this text, the author demonstrates methods to control and to develop the “Sociological
Imagination”, understood in this
workmanship as the way according to which the social scientist passes of an approach to another one, and, in this process, it modifies its vision of data problem during the elaboration of its work of research. For in such a way, it considers the organization of an archive where the researcher tells its personal experiences, as well as its notes taken during the study of the problem the one that if dedicates to decide. Such archive, according to it must periodically be reorganized, and the redistribution of this would consist in an efficient way to stimulate the development of the Sociological
Imagination (through the reorganization in mental level of the categories gifts in this archive). It seems clearly that, one emphasizes in this exercise of abstraction and generalization of appeared conceptual categories in the practical one, one disciplines of work that not only stimulates the hypothetical-deductive reasoning, but also on reasoning to the imagination and the creativity. Wright Mills also designates that, to write a work it is necessary to dominate the language that if uses in this, directing it according to type of reader the one that if destines this, therefore for the author, to write is: “to intend the attention of the reader (P. 235)”. From this assertive one, we can in guiding them in order to search to be more intent to the expression form that we must use in each type of public the one who if destines the produced work, since that, let us observe the norms standardized
techniques for the scientific community, as well as the grammatical rules of the language. In short, this is a workmanship that supplies important subsidies in the understanding of the process of elaboration of a scientific work, as well as in the agreement in the ways according to which if it can discipline the creativity, inside of a perspective of practical and organized work in Social Sciences, what me it would be of great utility in the research the one that I dedicate myself currently, making possible to take me highly trustworthy knowledge of techniques and procedures, in terms theoretician-metodológicos.
