in India for quite a long time now and has change the life style of the young youth providing them with an opportunity to live the life as they wish. The
financial revenue the IT companies (BPO) pay are huge. But at this rate of growth and financial independency is a threat to the rich culture we have for ages. Young people comes to this metro cities for better lives and when they gets jobs in this company with high packages, they instead of saving money, spend it on and trying to live a luxurious
lifestyle which they have olny heard and seen on televions.This young people think that since they are earning now so they are finacially independent.One thing we should always keep in mind that this I.T and private company follows a strict principle ''No work no pay''. So we are only just surviving and depending on the monthly salary. Try to live in this expensive cities for a month without job, you will realised how life can be, even a mature and intellegent person will cry. The world is not a dream world ,its reality and its full of pain.
