Dreaming Is Sometimes Necessary
Dreams reveal the unconscious as Freud discovered. During sleep people tend to experience dreams. Each person handles dreams differently. The problem is when the dreams control the life of a person and when the person in question makes decisions because of his dreams. And often dreams are not always realistic. The recommendation is to be aware that dreams can traumatize. Therefore, if a person cannot know what is real and what is not real because of a dream, he has to consult a doctor. In fact, there are dreams, which are considered normal and
abnormal. Normal dreams do not need a follow up whereas abnormal dreams have to be the object of investigation of the doctor in
order to find the cause and to make a prognosis. A treat follows in order to cure the disorder, which is located in the nervous system, more precisely the
brain. That is how one can know about the future and give a meaning to existence. From dreams a person learns to get means to solve problems, but it can also be a sign of mental illness. A
neuroscientist from South Africa has stated an important aspect of dreams, which is to facilitate sleep. As a matter of fact,
Dreaming is a distraction. So, dreams are
delusions and
hallucinations, which can make us, react through neurotransmitters called dopamine. Another neuroscientist from France, Claude Gottesman estimates that dreaming and schizophrenia are linked through the neurology system, because hallucinations happen. Some medications, like the ones provided for treating patients with Parkinson disease are responsible of making people dream much more than usual. Delusions are also the reason why those who dream are deceived by their lives. So, the brain of a dreamer who has hallucinations appears to be deregulated. That is the conclusion the researchers have made.
