There are 4 Food and Beverage Outlets in Hilton Kuching which are Waterfront Café, Toh Yuen Chinese Restaurant, Steak House Restaurant (Fine Dining Restaurant) and Margherita Lounge. Each outlet has their own style, different cuisines and settings so it is every special to all the guests who is coming in to the outlets. Different outlet not only has their own cuisines, own settings, own design, for the services to the customers are also different and the staffs itself also wearing different uniform and so on. WATERFRONT CAFÉ
Waterfront Café is an outlet which is serving International Cuisine everyday. The main attraction for the Café is the buffet. There a 3 buffets from Monday to Friday which is breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. During Saturday they are serving breakfast, lunch, hi-tea and dinner buffet. Therefore there are breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner buffet on Sunday. Besides buffet, there is the International Cuisine of a la carte menu to the guests who do not wish to have buffet but some other different cuisine. Breakfast Buffet It is start from 6am to 10.30am every morning. The settings for the breakfast buffet are: dinner knife, dinner fork, dinner spoon, teaspoon, bb knife, bb plate, coffee cup, a small jug of milk and a serviette. Lunch Buffet It is start from 11.30am to 2.30pm every afternoon. The settings for the lunch buffet are: dinner knife, dinner fork, dinner spoon, bb knife, bb plate and a napkin. Hi-tea Buffet It is start from 2.30pm to 5.30pm every Saturday. The settings for the Hi-tea buffet are: dinner knife, dinner fork, dinner spoon, serviette, coffee cup, coffee cup under liner and a teaspoon. Dinner It is start from 6pm to 10.30pm every evening. The settings for the Dinner buffet are: dinner knife, dinner fork, dinner spoon, bb knife, bb plate and a napkin. TOH YUEN CHINESE RESTAURANT It is a Chinese Restaurant which is serving Chinese set. There are 2 operation hours each day, which is lunch time, 12pm to 2.30pm and dinner time, 6pm to 10.30pm. Steak House Restaurant is a Fine Dining Restaurant which is serving most western food and the technique of service is plated service. Margherita Lounge is a lounge located at the lobby which is as usual as the normal lounge, customers can relax here, listen to the music, and the live band in the evening time.
