Why God is blue in color?

Book Summary by: Aaditya

Original Author: Pankaj
Why God is blue in color?
I have never seen God, so I don’t know his color. But, in most of the so-called pictures
of God, I have seen Him blue. I wonder why it is so? Based on what I have read or what knowledge I have gained, I will try to provide some logic to this thought.
God is the reflection of our belief, sentiment and religion. When we say God, we are referring to our old belief. So when it comes of portraying God, it easily connects to our deep feelings, emotions and experiences. It’s not like all those pictures, portraits or idols of God we see, are blue. But it’s the most favored color.
Other way round its somewhere related to our choice of colors. What we feel like and how we want to see our beloved God. So, the color that is deeply rooted in our brain starts coming out.
Blue is the most abundant color in our life. Blue is one color we can easily co-relate with. The most commonly used things in our life like water, clothes, and Internet all has this color in abundant. And the one which is most widely present in this world; our sky is also blue, which we have grown up seeing in blue color – most of the time. It’s so vast, it’s so endless, and it’s so powerful. It provides us water, sun, moon and stars. So when it comes of drawing something bigger, brighter, and more powerful than it we prefer to keep it in the basic blue color. Blame it on your right brain!
These are my thoughts written down as I pondered upon this question. Readers well versed in this matter are welcome to discuss more on this.
