British Troops mark
Remembrance Day in Afghanistan where the
bloodiest war has been raging over the last several years.
A poignant moment when the British Troops sing and pray over the memory of dead colleagues in this bloody war. Having just returned from a Community
Remembrance Service I was attention driven to listen to the choir and bugle blowing at the Service and the observance of the 2 minutes silence in keeping with the Queen at the London Remembrance Service ... the Priest prayed for the end of all bloody wars and referred to the War to end all Wars World War II. The Second World War has special significance as I was born when it was raging .. burnt out . at the end of 1945 in September! So I have lived for this now since the end of World War II so what does the future hold for mankind? We pray for peace and peaceful solutions to all War and all Conflicts! Hard work!
