Teaching
Film Studies can be a physically exhausting
activity especially if you are inclined to carry around the research
with you and find that the need for this
activity continues right in and out of your career ... for example ... in recent teaching of
film studies the
point was made that we should all resource our own film studies and the choice was
catholic ... I took this literally and found that my partner Jo and I were up past the dawn
researching, collating and running the Computer and Film TV and other equipment at the University. So when our students arrived the whole scene was like magic. Everything worked perfectly in Film Studies. We remembered to do the fade in ... the fade out .. and we
also managed to edit the film in terms of cutting for the duration of the class and
seminar activity .. but we were fortunate to have a partner from Poland who did some of the donkey work ... as indeed we all got used to ...to ensure the smooth running of a
Film Studies class.
So I hope and pray that out there somewhere in the blue yonder in Italy ... or London, you take a moment to give "Thanks to God" for the smooth running in a technical expertise and teaching module ... to the little teachers like me and my colleagues who ensured and worked diligently towards your academic success as students of our Film Studies
Class experience full time praise with remuneration urgently! Thanks for the space! Great stuff .. keep on reading ...
