Films and the study of same has long been a great issue in terms of what our
students should watch and is it the lazy
persons way out of working out
the meaning of language ... is it plagiarism or it is copyright disaster for the artist, film director or author and/or poet!
No! on all counts because one shares the art you have with the world audience and in so doing there is a marrying of opposites in art particularly in
film studies that steps right outside of verbal and physical conflict at least for the most part providing you are not literally /bombed out/
Tarkan has many video clips on Turkish TV Internet blog via yahoo.com and they are really interesting from the point of view of the learner of
foreign languages i.e. myself .. as I found that the tapes I use for German assist pronunciation and so does Tarkan and his excellent music and Turkish lyrical performances. At least coc is sung again and again ... quite a shock ... to the learner of the foreign language ...
