SCHOOL MUSICAL-The movie started out New Years Eve at a ski resort were the two main characters were on a vacation.Troy
Bolton(a basketball jock) and Gabriella Montez(a high school genius), met at a gathering in the hotel where they were asked to sing karaoke,they were shy at first but to their amazement(and the crowds) they did good. The two found a connection with each other, they exchanged numbers and part ways, and so they thought. After the winter break, Troy went back to school in Albequerque New Mexico and was surprised to see Gabriella there(they just moved up there).They decided to renew their friendship, but there is a slight problem, he''s a jock and she''s a geek. An audition will be held for the winter
musical and out of curiousity they went there to watch, and accidentally got themselves auditioning for the lead part.They got a
callback,upsetting Sharpay Evans and her brother Ryan. Troys friend Chad, tried to dissuade Troy because he think that he might get distracted from the basketball championship. Gabriellas friend Taylor wants her on the Decathalon team and will do anything to get her in. Chad and Taylor decided to set-up Troy in saying how Gabriella isn''t important, he got that on video. Taylor then shows the video to Gabriella and she got angry refuses to do the call backs with Troy.Troy tried to convince Gabriella that he don''t mean what he said, he did it by climbing up into her balcony and singing to her.Sharpay and Ryan, still trying to get the part persuade their teacher to move the date and time of the callback, about the same time with the championship game and the Decathalon so the two won''t make it. With the help of their friends, Troy and Gabriella made it to the callback and got the lead part, the two(Sharpay and Ryan) became their understudy. The Movie ends with a big production number, with the entire cast singing "Were All in This Together"
