Keep writing to me and I will write back .. how often have we all heard that and are totally surprised at the end of January when the Christmas post actually arrives from Europe.
Far be it from me to complain about the local postal workers but there I was digging this hole for myself to fall into and no post arrived at all. I got asked pointed questions about friends family colleagues and so on ... had they left me for someone new .. was I deserted yet again> Well I had to say .........look, lets hold together during Christmas rather than let ourselves be blown apart.
I was right too to keep the faith as the cards, presents and gifts arrived weeks late due to the postal strike here in the UK .. Oh! Ye of little faith! Thanks everyone for delivery of the post albeit after Christmas rather than before the Festive Season. Happy New Year 2008 .. keep on working ... at al .. excellent work!
