In his movies cast practically doesn''t mean anything: no matter how many Gregs and Graces he shoots, they all turn into
Quentin Tarantino eventually. Still, some actors are better for this or that than others, and it is a shame when some fine actors turn down parts in his projects. Mickey Rourke turned down the part of Butch in Pulp Fiction and of Stuntman Mike in
Death Proof. It is not good with Pulp Fiction, but fine with Death Proof: Kurt Russell presented a fantastic Mike, it is impossible now to imagine anyone else doing that good, and furthermore, it''s the sexiest role of Kurt''s, you heart just looses a beat when he is driving to his last race in the shades and special safety belts, exposing his big strong arms, - the sexiest sight (Dr. Freud would definitely pity us for this bit of Eros & Thanatos thing).
● Death
Drives a Car.
{And more often than not it''s a GM}
Stuntman Mike''s death drives a 1970 Dodge Challenger with a white paint job or a 1972 Mustang hardtop (Kim''s car).
Stuntman Mike''s death drives a 1970 Dodge Challenger. The first to be "slasherED" (Julia and co) girls'' death drove a 1970 Chevy Nova (Death Proof).
Roger, Brett, the Fourth Man and Marvin''s death drove 1974 Chevy Nova. Big and tough Vince''s death drove white little Honda, pretty ironically, isn''t it?, and disgracing (Pulp Fiction).
Vernita''s death drove a yellow pickup truck
. Budd''s death drove a 1978 Pontiac Trans Am, Bill''s death - a Volkswagen Karman Ghia convertible.
Kelley''s death drives a 1956 Jaguar XK140 OTS. I''ve been always wondering what car my death drives, may be a 1964 Chevelle Malibu?}.
