Heidi was born Heidi Lynne Fleiss to pediatrician Dr. Paul Fleiss and
schoolteacher Elissa Fleiss. She had a happy childhood and enjoyed
visits to many historical sites with her family. During one of the
family trips, they visited Hearst
Castle in San Louis Obispo,
California. The paradise
like place captured the imagination of the young Heidi. In her
biography she suggested that the grandeur of the castle gave her a peek
through the luxurious world of
the rich and famous. When Heidi was 22, she met Madam Alex who was
running a thriving prostitution service in LA catering to wealthy
clients. Heidi took over the business and the profits darted
sky bound. Some of her customers were Hollywood's top producers,
directors and movie stars thus earning her the title "The youngest and
classiest Hollywood Madam".
