bombing of Hiroshima,the then Soviet Union became a nuclear power.The two most powerful nations on Earth dangled there might with
restraint because they were aware of the grave consequences of a nuclear war.
Unfortunately,neither Moscow nor Washington suceeded in concealing the formular for building nuclear weapons.Today,North Korea and a host of other countries has joined the bandwagon of nuclear powers.It is my hope that these dangerous
weapons of mass destruction would not fall into the hands of nefarious men.What we need at this point in time is nuclear restraint,nuclear unleash would do us no good.
