           Yoga is originated in ancient India. In fact
yoga is one of 6 Darshanas which are the foundations of humanliving skills.Pathanjali, the saint ,who  through his experience observed and recorded the  intricacies of such practises in the 8 fold path as" Ashtanga yoga", 
- yoga is unison between self and the nature;
-unison between body mind and soul;
- the pose which is comfortable,stable and at ease;
 -staying with in one self".
           These definitions have undergone lot of changes as time ran over, though the ''''union'''' is key aspect which remain unchanged in the said spinoffs!.
           Gita which is one of the 3 scriptures of Hindus! ( no where in the said scriptures, this word ''''Hindu'''' is used but  the word ''''MAN''''  used  to include all human species irrespective of castes, creed, nationality, religion, sex  which is being, narrowly interpreted ''''who ever follow these ...are called ''''hindus''''.) defines yoga in different ways.In chapter 2 of Gita , verses 48 onwards, yoga is echoed in diverse tinge. - ''''yoga is perfection of action! renouncing attachments, and even minded in success and failure; equilibrium is yoga''''( verse 48) .Action is dynamism of performance of the intense ideas r thoughts shaped with in being connected outside the individual as tangible one r being communicated as an expression being understood as same as the communicator. This dynamism is not vitiated by any prejudices, fears, opinions,....not being goverened by ghosts of habits,reactions of outside agencies, nor inside programmings, fatigue,frgetfulness, nor the mind is motivated by the goal r fear of not achieving goal but through the dynamism of the action as such!......( to be continued)
