The history of humanity is full of rebellions, some of them regarded as some of insurgency before the area exercised by others. Also called by revolutions make the temporal power of some and delivering it to others.

What is the difference between these rebellions? Both are the ones who want to dispute the power and reach, as the story is told by the victors, the insurgency is the story of a rebellion caused by those who wished to come to power, usurpando them of their holders, but could not, either the most varied reasons. However, despite this long dispute perpetrated by the human race, the fact is that no considerable change occurred in the course of events in the case, specifically, the evolution of human beings. It is true that radical changes have emerged in the system of government, as many in the scientific progress in other technology and so on. But even with these achievements, the man continued dissatisfied by not recognizing in the world, much less to view what their responsibility towards the same planet.

Given that it is the question: for whom the rebellions were made? Who benefited? And even if the changes were considerable, they justify the bloodshed, destruction and death?

It is easy to notice that the war does not get to peace. Similarly through the revolutions that can not be the trend, as this requires an internal change, within the human being which recognises the importance of respecting their peers and to become considers it unnecessary to bloodshed. The revolution is just a change of external form as the power to manipulate, but it is the externalisation of evolution. Quite the contrary, because by the time the search is the need to satisfy the ego itself.

Developments in fact is the awareness of the human being to become acting in a way that lives there and acts aiming to improve. If something is desarmônico, to be developed lies show, without killing, destruction and suffering, another way, more decent and better, those who have not yet located. So the trend is not synonymous with revolution because the revolution requires the destruction of existing. The development is the transformation of the human being that passes to recognize the greatness of the whole and knows the responsibility of his work in that whole.

And it shows we have had in history. While a lesser scale, was also seen opportunity in which human beings understood the difference between revolution and evolution and began to evolve. Without the bloodshed, without praise the war and destruction, the Carnation Revolution, which took place in Portugal on April 25, 1974, is to show that we can change, simply handing a flower to those who carried a weapon. Clearly, it is still necessary to go a long way so that all humanity recognize the difference, but the fact is that more than a revolution, the path needed to change the way we live in is the evolution of the human being.
