Before the popularization of telephone love letters was invogue, it was the means of communication between husbands and wife or between two lovers. Communication between two lovers has been an age long affair, but with the use of telecommunication it is now taking another dimension.

Phone sex helps us to kill the ability to control our sexual feelings, it leads to degradation of the human person as the on the other end gives you instructions on what to do. It raised desperate people who after indulging in the phone act might want to have sex at all cause because they are not satisfied from what they got from the telephone conversation, this would lead to frustration that can degenerate to such crimes as rape, taking to drug to forget about their sexual impulse for the time.
One of the great problem that this social menace will have on man is that when those who practice is are now addicted to it they would find it difficult staying with their partners under the same roof, it will also lead to couples staying apart but practicing the act through phone instead of staying together. We will have fewer people getting married or even dating because they are not use to such act. This act can result in the depopulation of human race since there are no physical contact any more it would become very impossible to give birth.
It is my candid opinion that those who are addicted to it already should visit an expert to help rehabilitate them, the United Nation and other agencies should classify telephone sex in the same category with drug abuse and other social problem. Our religious houses should do more in the crusade to fight this social malice, above all celebrates and government functionaries should condemned the act in strong terms.
