These anxiety herbs work very well in curing anxiety.   Prominent anxiety herbs: Ashwaganda: Ayurveda has given a remarkable herb namely ashwaganda that strengthens the body. Doctors recommend one capsule preferably two times in a day. ·        Borage juice: It produces a unique effect on the glands of the body. It purifies the blood. Doctors recommend 1 tablespoon with water everyday preferably for two weeks. ·         Bugleweed: It is one of the best anxiety herbs used these days.Comforts your nerves. Take tea using one cup of boiling water and 1 teaspoon of herb. Also add lime to give taste. ·         California poppy: It is a powerful herbal drug used to relieve mental disturbance (as tension or anxiety). Doctors recommend two capsules preferably 3-4 times in a day. ·         Kava Kava: It is a very effective prescribed medicine that is used for curing anxiety. It has a unique effect on the muscles of the body. It calms down anxiety, removes anger and relaxes our mind. Kava is also used to treat prolonged sleeplessness. ·          Valerian: It is also considered as one of the best anxiety herbs used now days. It gives comfort to the nervous system. It is the best  known treatment for prolonged and usually abnormal sleeplessness. It soothes your body and helps you to sleep.<1> ·         Nervine Tonic: Ayurveda has given an excellent nerving tonic that will give comfort to your mind and encourage internal calm.
