Modernization is not a little push the nation's traditional culture. It may be felt in everyday life is the loss of the habit of future generations to use or conduct traditional game types. Not only in urban areas, but this habit is also a "disease" for children in rural areas.
To remember and hopefully it can indirectly provide inspiration for children to better preserve traditional toys, here I will discuss about some kind of game that had attached to me.

A. Moldy
The game is played by several people who form a circle and holding hands. Then, together they sing the song "moldy" and doing the rounds. In the past when the game is often done before sunset or at night

2. Engkler
Engkler is a term commonly used in my area, in other areas may have different names. The game was done by some people who were divided into 2 (two) groups vying with each other to get more value. The group consists of group 1 or group that is being played, while his opponent we call the second group.
The game is more or less like this: This game uses a rather long-sized pieces of wood and a short wooden pieces. Then, a short wooden longitudinally placed between two pieces of stone. Length of wood and then rocked forward and push the short wood. In front, the opponent will be ready to capture the short wood behind the boundary line is established. If there is one member who can catch the opponent, the opponent will get a value of 25. But if you can not catch, your opponent only have to throw the wood back to the short length of timber that is placed on the rock.
If the opponent is not on the long wooden, then the parties will get around to calculate the distance from the timber falling short length of wood thrown by the use of force "short wood". The game will still continue with the first of the group 1, time is short not put more wood on a stone, but on the hands with palms below. Then, short wood thrown up, and the wood is in short-term hit with wood. Almost like in the previous section, if the opponent can catch it they will gain value, but this time the value obtained is 50.
Until the last miss, if the player made it through part 1 and 2, the player will continue with part 3. In the third part of this, short timber placed on the feet, precisely at the base of the fingers, then was on a short wooden throwing up and beaten with long wooden. This time, the opponent can capture the short timber will have a value of 100.
In section 1.2, and 3, if the opponent can not capture the short wood and when it was short-throw wood on the long wooden timber that is placed on the rock, then the first player should turn to the next player. And so on, until the player runs out of the group. Then replaced with a new group of opponents who play.
3. Setinan
Setin or commonly known as a type of toy marbles are more frequently used, and almost in all regions there is this game. In other areas, there is a call to kneker, neker, or perik.
There are several different types of games using marbles. Among them are tin Wok (wok = hole in the ground, tin = stands for 'setin' or marbles), individuals who carried out the game by making a hole in the ground, then participants who took part will throw marbles from a specified distance. Participants who successfully put marbles in the hole immediately get the point 9. Another participant who throws closest to the hole will have their turn first to put the marbles into the hole. If a marble entry, the participant will receive 1 point, after which the participant is entitled to hit or throw marbles marbles towards the other participants with specific hand movements. If the marbles marbles on one opponent, it will get an extra point, then the participant is still a chance to put the marbles into the hole and gets the next point. If the marbles do not go into the hole, then the next player's turn to throw. This is done until the player gets 10 points. The last player who has not got 10 points, will be punished by beating the marbles away from the hole. If none of the participants that the marbles are put to the participants, so he just needs to put the marbles into the hole and if successful then the sentence will end.
4. Defense
Defenders in other areas known as hide and seek. The game was also played more often, even now may still be some who play it.
5. Maneuver
War (not a real war or war games), can be done using traditional tools made their own. For example: shooting or pistol or semapan made from banana leaf stem, then use a sword that can teruat of banana leaf stems as well, or from wood. The game is done simply by playing these instruments just like a real war, it must be because the instrument is made from banana leaves, stems, then this is not harmful.
