People have certain preconceived ideas that they will never give up. Many mistakes happen over and over again even though times change and society evolves in terms of science but not in terms of mentality. Racism has existed and will always exist because people will never all be satisfied and there never be any strict boundaries to prevent nations from meeting. W should however always think before saying something wrong that may make us be sorry later, even if the other person is of a different nationality and may be wrong, we must always be understanding...that clearly doesnt happen too often which is when racism emerges.
We should always keep in mind that whether the other one is black, white or yellow, he is ultimately just as much a human as everyone else. My first contact with racism dates from the time when there were many movies starring black people as slaves having to serve aristocracy and people with certain titles and ranks. The hardship these people had to endure made me forget about boundaries and look inside the soul of a person never intending to humiliate him or make him undergo things that may be damaging physically or mentally.
We must always think of the human standing in front of us not stare at his face or making too big a deal about any kind of difference between us. The way we love an old man or a child should be similar to the way we love someone who doesnt speak our language but who through gestures and deeds is trying to be our friend. That is why you should first try to read a man's soul in order to really know him. Your eyes may deceive you so just listen to what he has to say because words accompanied by looks can help you understand what he wants from you... whatever he may want make sure to offer him your friendship first of all.
Rejecting or avoiding someone just because he doesnt look like you just because he is whiter or blacker, because he speaks a language which you may or may not know that is racism: to reject someone different from you or special in some way.
