I always was keen on
travelling especially abroad. One day, I got the opportunity to fly to Australia. It is said to be the
region of colourful ocean, high temperature, and wild animals. I was looking forward to begin my dangerous journey.
Having waited on the airport for the passport control, I was reading a tourist guidebook. The weather was not good enough nevertheless there were not any complications during the flight. My vision of Australia and the real view of it were as different as chalk and cheese. I felt like Alice in Wonderland, that everything looks oriental and exotic. The first days I spent on admiring the spectacular landscape. Unexpectedly, someone asked me if I would like to try during in the ocean. I was hesitating but finally I decided to do it. I do not regret it how; seeing coral reef will be the experience that I will remember forever. This event had also its dark sides. The stranger who invited me to diving demanded a large amount of
money from me. I had to face the music for my carelessness and pay the bill. Unfortunately, I had no more money to continue sightseeing, hence I had to come back home.
As far as I am concerned, the trip was worth everything. I saw every conceivable thing; moreover, my childhood dreams came true. There is no manner of doubt that Australia taught me to be more careful with foreign people.
