Very much so I heard it all before but the English Language must be taught across the board from early years to postgraduate
level and its important for non
purists and purists alike to get all the eggs in one basket and keep the temperament going.
I hate the
collective view of one notion liberally applying to everyone as we are all
good in our single and collective culture and shouldnt be shaped down into a one
only notion of what is to be done in schools throughout the country.
Different pace and atmosphere but we cannot dictate to teachers distilled views from the State to say that only one view applies universally and surely we must be "catholic"
and "universal" in our approach to the English Language as its constantly tested and so are our views ........ English Expert .... excellent writer on the international screen .. keep on reading writing speaking performing in the English Language .... great stuff!
