Mistakes are a problem in English but take heart they are easy to correct. Gone are the days when one had to get a rubber
and rub it all out or ink out the ink with an inking out jar and write over it or in my career in teaching .... tippex it out referred to the lotion students of Business Studies used to ink out their
mistakes.
Mistakes are what we see every day as we walk about the streets or visit places of interest.
Spelling is a definite case of shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted. Then the writer can correct the spellings but what if its a foreign language whose spelling looks exactly the same as yours .. you must argue an aside and suggest that it is probably correct in more than one language.
Computer Errors can be corrected when the writer has got the expertise to correct ... so to set aside those fears created by the Press .......... just take an extra minute or two to check and if there are mistakes correct as usual ... nice work!
