TES is available to read at the University of Southampton Library so I picked up a copy and was startled at the headlines that the attacks on Teachers here in the UK provide us the readers of the TES with horrifying
statistics. There is a cry for all to read about the lack of discipline in the classrooms throughout the
country and furthermore there is a need for the teachers to have more support iin terms of enforcement
of discipline but then the Teacher is not a Police Officer so there is a fine line between the role of
the educator and the law enforcement of the teacher so what is to be done. Certainly there has been a local strike of Teachers on we believe pay and conditions so perhaps they may have to pull in the retired teacher to sort out the problems and as a retired teacher I have been pulled in to do some work several years ago but its not often
that one is invited to deal with teaching so the issue would be that if the discipline was that bad it would be necessary to pull in as well as retired teachers ... back to work ..... retired cops as well. Thanks TES for the

guess some Teachers are Doctors and this teacher is a published author! Hard work pays up and leads to the inclusion in the paying market with salary!
