As BBC Radio 2 prepares in readiness for the 2009
Eurovision Song
Contest I am reminded that Sandy Shaw won the Eurovision Song Contest for the UK but wasnt that way back in the 60s. However, the thrill of the moment is blanket covered by the all time great 4 some Swedish Winners:
Abba with Waterloo and I did enjoy the DVD Mamma Mia based on the songtrack of Abba. I was sufficiently impressed to read on webpages that the two Male Members of the Former Abba Group are coming together after a long period of 15 years to write a song together.
So Terry Wogan has left off presenting the Eurovision Song Contest after years of doing it and now we wonder what the new man will be like ... we shall wait and see!
Eurovision Party .. well I am having a Eurovision Party here and on the menu is Italian Soup with brown bread and ham plus Costa Coffee from the local shop .. will it be a surprise win in the Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow Russia .. nice work!
