CREATIVITY
An Activity in itself is neither creative nor non - creative . If a person brings that quality to an activity in which he/she feels an inner growth, an intrinsic growth a sense of satisfaction then that activity is Creativity and that act is called
a Creative act.
People have very limited ideas about Creativity like playing a piano or a guitar or singing a song . Its not these activities but the quality in the activities that makes them creative or non - creative . One can play a piano or a guitar in a Non -creative way , one can song or dance in a Non - creative way . While on other hand one can serve food to the guest or oneself in a creative way, one can cut vegetables in creative way , one can clean the floor in creative way and one can tend a garden in creative way. These acts can become Creative act provided one does it with sheer love and oneness with them. Then such acts done remain work in itelf but the work changes to Worship,
work becomes worship and then its Meditation. This is real creativity.
A creative person adds to the surrounding world .
He is a giver rather than seeker . The more creative a person becomes the more Godly he/she becomes , hence its right to say that
God is creator . Even Non - Doing can be a great creative act .eg.Budhha sitting under the Bodhi tree doing externally Nothing is the Greatest creator world has ever known.In the East - "Sanyasis" ( person who has renounced , living ascetic life ) have been called " Swamis " , Swami means " One who is master " one who is possesor of one self , one knows oneself .
He is a real Giver of Happiness of Joy to the world . Even outwardly looking Beggars have been called Swamis and those who were Kings in the outward world in the final reckoning - in the final conclusion of their life, proved to be beggars -- So be giver , Be Creative.
To a Creative person Name, Money , Fame , Prestige , Power cannot be guaranteed. It may happen or it may not happen . But one thing can certainly be guarenteed an deep inner satisfaction , a
harmony with one's life a real eternal happiness a blissful life. A real Swami a Master of ones own self .
And what are we going to do when we have whole world at our feet and we have lost ourselves ? The famous painter Pabla Picasso ws considered as a Mad man during his life he used to be so immersed in his painting works . But later he became famous after his life ended. But he was a Real creative person whether he was famous or Not ..
The
essence of Creativity is to Harmonise with whatsoever we are doing and then life starts flowering with blissful harmony , good for himself/herself and for others..
