According to Hindublog, an astrological guide on the Internet, Aug 7 is one of the days on the Hindu calendar when the planets favour “griha pravesh” or “house warming”.
Friday is also the beginning of Bhadrapad month in the north Indian calendar which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This auspicious period culminates into a major religious fair at the ancient Charbhuja Temple in Bhilwara district Rajasthan on September 1.
“This year, post August 7, we will see three major planetary shifts that will affect individual lives and the country at large. On Sept 9, Saturn will switch signs moving the Sun-dominated Leo to Mercury where it be beneficial. The lives of the people will change and the fate of the country will change.
“In November, one of the two nodes in the Indian zodiac, Rahu will move out of Capricorn to Saggitarius and it will benefit most. On December 28, Jupiter, the lord of the nine planets, will free itself of its chandal yog (its lowly zodiac position) and move to aquarius. It will open cycle of prosperity,” Sharma said.
