Shri Ganesha: An ever-pleasing Lord
(This is written as a prayer to Lord Ganesha, remover of obstacles. May Lord Ganeshji
bless all who read it! May their sincere prayers be accepted)
My granny Late Sushila Devi Dimri used to say, “If you want to get rid of any problem. Then please seek blessings of Lord Ganesha.” She explained,” lord may have
elephant face but it has a reason. In past, elephant was seen as a symbol of majesty. In India, so many battles were fought to posses them. In Asia, elephant is never seen as an animal but a living deity.”
Hindus believe that Lord Ganesha is the remover of obstacles. He is so kind hearted that he shows his mercy on any one who sincerely takes his name.
It is said that the sacred word represents his name. All religious rites remain in completed if you do not take his holy name.
Even the most skeptics have to surrender to faith of devotees. For example, an architect or a contractor may be anon believer but before staring a project he has to offer prayers to this divine deity.
Why because, his workers will refuse to work if they believe proper prayers to Lord Ganesha ji have not been made.
Mumbai (former Bombay) can boast of many world-class doctors, financial experts and educators but they will always accept lord Ganesha ji as their favorite deity.
Siddhi Vinayal mandir, a famous temple of Lord Ganesha and Ashta Vinayak shrines are some of the most visited places in India.
Unlike cumbersome religious rites, lord Ganesha can be satisfied by mere utterance of his name.
Though there are many but some like Om gam ganganapataye namah or Om shri ganeshaya namah are more popular.He loves Ladoos, a special kind of sweet ball
Kindhearted Lord always takes care of his devotees who are
suffering from worldly problems.
Simple prayers to him mean submission to his authority and accepting him as your savior.
