Christian belief stems from the stories of Jesus as found in the Bible and similar scriptures. There is no problem with this portion of the religion. However, before the Roman emperor Constantine, Christianity was a sect of Judaism regarded mostly as a cult by most civilizations and other religions at the time. After the adaptation of Christianity by Romans we start to notice a change in it that still prevails to this day. The Teachings of Christ still mostly remain intact, but beginning with the Romans and still carrying on today it has been adapted to fit into the "pagan" mindset of it''s bringers countrymen. No such modifications have yet taken place to suite the needs of its creator as have those of the Roman Catholic Church. Mary Magdalen (as she''s known in English) is largely regarded in such circles as a having been a prostitute to down play the fact she and Jesus were most likely married, and thus had a family and robbed him of his pure untainted holiness not to mention the mentality that a woman is terrible. It was, in fact, the Catholic Church that first suggested Jesus was indeed the son of God, not just a profit as he had previously been regarded. His birthday (December 25th) as we know it was decided on a calendar invented by scholars more than 1000 years after it happened and fits great with the winter celebrations of those "born again" in that era. The names of those in the Bible have even been modified by every language the speaks them, the originals being mostly a guess. Churches, tithing, popes, priests were certainly never spoken of in the teachings of Jesus, but certainly fit in well with the continuation of pagan traditions. After generations of inbreeding the doctrine of Christianity from it''s original untainted form it was of course delivered by the Romans to the backwards barbarous Britons in what we now know as the United Kingdom. After emancipation from Roman occupation (because of the fall of that empire) the new Empire, of which the sun never sets, sprung up to further turn the
religion in the direction of there Celtic and Viking tradition. Spreading well into any viking culture we see the adaptation of Christmas trees, gift exchanging, egg decorating and all the other cultural fun things we plot on calendars today, having nothing to do with Jesus. Having spread the Anglican seed so well, Christianity begot Puritans, which thanks to "Thanksgiving" in the USA, are widely regarded from the mindset and creation of an entire country. Thus the torch has been passed to a new empire to modify again. Again being used as an excuse to fight war, that Jesus certainly never intended, and now as much as ever being used to exploit the beliefs of a nation for political gain, and impugning the growth of enlightenment for many more generations to come.
